Vice Mayor David Shapera

Vice Mayor David M. Shapera, an El Mirage resident since 2002, is a retired police officer from Connecticut.  He intends to help guide the city to make the city services be the best in Arizona.  He supports our Public Safety Departments and will work to ensure that they have the best equipment to serve our needs.  As a former member of the city Planning and Zoning Commission, he will continue to help commercial and industrial businesses relocate to El Mirage.
