Mission Statement
To ensure El Mirage’s legislative processes -- City elections, Council meetings, and the public records – are open and public.  The City Clerk’s Office will accomplish this by pledging to be neutral and impartial. The City Clerk’s Office is dedicated to providing service in excellence and to conduct ourselves ethically, honestly and with integrity, while providing a professional link between the citizens of El Mirage and all governmental agencies in ways that are efficient and cost effective.
