II.    APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF JUNE 16 & JULY 21, 2004

 

III.    OLD BUSINESS

 

1. PAD/PP04-0416: Jim Robertson of SKG Engineering, agent for Roberts Properties LLC, requests a Planned Area Development and Preliminary Plat for The Fairways at Pueblo El Mirage, an age-restricted manufactured home rental community with 174 lots at 11201 N. El Mirage Road.

 

IV.   NEW BUSINESS

 

        1. McGuire Construction Corp. requests rezoning of Lot 4 of

        Clayton Industrial Park at the southwest corner of Butler Dr.

        & El Mirage Rd. from I-2 (Gen. Ind.) to B-3 (Gen. Services).

 

2. Discussion/Direction on amending the Zoning Ordinance to allow churches & schools by conditional use in B zones.

 

3. Discussion/Direction on amending the Zoning Ordinance to require notification signs on property for zoning requests.

 

V.  CALL TO THE  PUBLIC ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS

       Items related under this portion of the agenda cannot be discussed or

        acted upon by the Planning & Zoning Commission until the provisions of

        the Open Meeting Law have been complied with.
