PAD/PP04-0416: Jim Robertson of SKG Engineering, agent for Roberts Properties LLC, requests a Planned Area Development and Preliminary Plat for the The Fairways at Pueblo El Mirage, an age-restricted manufactured home rental community with 176 lots at 11201 N. El Mirage Road. (Continued from the June 16, 2004, Commission Meeting)

 

        2. Michael Kent Pruett of Desert West Holdings LLC

         requests rezoning of 1.27 ac. at the northwest corner of

         Northern Ave. & El Mirage Rd. from I-2 to B-3. (Withdrawn)

 

VI.   NEW BUSINESS

 

1. Discussion/Direction on churches & schools in B zones.

 

VII.  CALL TO THE  PUBLIC ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS

       Items related under this portion of the agenda cannot be discussed or

        acted upon by the Planning & Zoning Commission until the provisions of

        the Open Meeting Law have been complied with.

       The Commission may not discuss or act upon any matter in the summary

        unless the specific matter is properly noticed for legal action.

 

X.    EXECUTIVE SESSION

The Council (or Planning Commission) may adjourn into executive session for the purpose of receiving legal advice on one or more of the topics listed on the public meeting agenda.  [A.R.S. §38-431.03.A.3.]
