1. PZ07-0104:  Manhard Consulting  Ltd., agent for El Mirage Beste LLC, requests rezoning from R-1 [Single Family Residential] to I-2 [General Industrial]  in 65&70db plus preliminary plat for El Mirage Industrial Park located E. of El Mirage Rd. ½ mile S. of Peoria Av.

 

2. PZ07-0104A: PF&E Consulting LLC, agent for Building Arizona Commercial LLC, requests rezoning from R-4 [Mobile Home Residential] to B-3 [General Services] in 70db plus site plan for Desert Mirage Retail Center at SEC of El Mirage Rd. & Cactus Rd.

 

3. PZ07-0628: Discussion and recommendation on Traffic Calming.
