        administrative appeal to allow a secondary access [vehicle gate]

        on the opposite side of the lot from the driveway/garage at 12608

        NW Main St. in R-1a/PAD. [Staff request to continue to 2/21/07.]

 

V.  NEW BUSINESS

 

    1. SP07-0202: Javier Garcia requests site plan amendment to allow an 8-car auto sales lot in B-3/65db at Mercado El Mirage Indoor Swap Meet at 12420 W. Thunderbird Rd.

 

    2. Discussion/Direction on joint Council/Commission meeting.

 

VI.   CALL TO THE  PUBLIC ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS

       Items under this portion of the agenda cannot be discussed or acted on   

         by the Commission until provisions of Open Meeting Law are met.
