1.                  Consideration and action approving November 30, 2006 at 6:00 P.M. as the date and time for the second Council Meeting in November.

 

2.                  Consideration and action to approve pre-purchase of construction materials from Dana Kepner Company Inc. in the amount of $315,000.00 to complete CDBG Phase I and Phase II Water System Improvement project on schedule.

 

3.                  Consideration and action regarding the award of contract for the Constructed Recharge Facility (PW06-WWTP02).

 

4.                  Consideration and action approving a Special Event Liquor License for the Knights of Columbus for a fundraiser for St. Teresita Church from 8:00 P.M. on December 31, 2006 to 1:00 A.M. on January 1, 2007.

 

5.                  Consideration and action approving the Memorandum of Understanding, 2006-2009 between the City of El Mirage and the El Mirage Fire Fighters Association (EMFFA) Chapter of the Northwest Valley Firefighters Local 4361.
