III.                CONSENT AGENDA

 

1.                  Consideration and action regarding changing the second meeting date of August from August 24th to August 31st because of Council and Staff attendance at the League of Arizona Cities and Towns Conference.

.

2.                  Consideration and action approving Ordinance No. O06-07-12, adopting certain documents declared to be a public record by Resolution No. R06-07-20 and filed with the City Clerk and adding “Chapter 22 – Storm Water Quality Protection” to the El Mirage City Code.

 

3.                  Consideration and action approving Ordinance No. O06-07-11, adding Section 20-1-6 to Chapter 20, Article 20-1  “Nuisance” of the City code of the City of El Mirage, Arizona.

 

4.                  Consideration and action approving Ordinance No. O06-07-13, amending Chapter 13 “Traffic; Motor Vehicles”, Section 13-2-12 “Local Speed Limits”.

 

IV.               SPECIAL SESSION

 

A.                 Consideration and action regarding Ordinance No. O06-07-15, approving and adopting the property tax levies for Fiscal Year 2006-2007.  The Primary Property Tax Levy is $1,404,278. 

The Secondary Property Tax Levy is $379,875.  The total levies for FY 06-07 are $1,784,153, and an emergency is being declared.
