  1. CU06-0424: Scott Quinn of Quinn United Enterprises, agent for owners Keven & Charlotte Pauling, requests a conditional use permit for a telecommunications tower in I-1(70db) at 10341 N El Mirage Rd. [site of Keven’s Landscaping].

 

 2. CU05-1206B: Catholic Social Services requests a conditional use permit for Westside Head Start daycare in R-1(65db) in Maricopa County Housing complex at 14010 N. 5th Ave.

 

   3. SP05-0715: Andy Jochums of Beus Gilbert, agent for Roger Farmer dba Premier Storage Condos, requests site plan approval for enclosed mini-storage units in I-1(65&70db) at 10075 N. El Mirage Rd. [American Patriot RV Storage].

 

   4. RZ/SP056-0223: Robert Briggs of TeBo Planet Architecture, agent for owner Jeffrey Harkless, requests rezoning from I-1 to I-2 and site plan approval for offices & storage at 12225 W. Peoria Ave. [one parcel E. of El Mirage Rd.]

 

   5. PD06-0224: WLB Group, agent for Roberts Properties, requests a Planned Area Development & replat of Pueblo El Mirage Lots 930-1017, 1033-1075, & 1104-1110 to allow 60 mobile home spaces in R-4 in 65db & 70 db noise zones.

 

   6. SP06-0403: Bill Clay of Bill Clay Design Studio, agent for El Mirage Investors, request site plan approval for office/warehouse buildings in I-2(65db) at 8686 N. El Mirage Rd. [SWC Alice Ave. & El Mirage Rd.]

 

   7. CU06-0426: Carlos Hobson requests a conditional use permit for a 1854 sq. ft. shop building in R-43(75db) at 12742 W Sahuaro Dr. in Dysart Ranchettes.

 

   8. Discussion/direction on proposed zoning text amendments.
