1. CU05-0214: Barry LeNier, agent for Don Estep of Jehovah’s

    Witnesses, requests a conditional use permit in R-43 w/70db

    for a church at NWC of El Mirage & Desert Cove Rd.

 

2. SP05-0711A: Russell Marcellus of Marcellus & Associates,

    agent for Clayton Homes, requests site plan approval in I-2

    w/65db for plant expansion at 12345 W. Butler Dr.

 

3. RZ05-0720: Proposal to rezone all lots on Honcho St. from

    Thunderbird Rd. to Grand Av. from R-4 Mobile Home

    Residential to R-1a Single Family Residential.

 

4. CU05-0831: Wade Rodgers requests a conditional use permit

    for a 1,883 sq. ft. accessory building  (RV garage/pool house)

    in R-43 w/75db at 12919 W. Saguaro Dr., Dysart Ranchettes.

 

5. CU05-0915: Lonny Miller requests a conditional use permit for

    a 2,400 sq. ft. accessory building for automobile storage in

    R-43 w/70db at 12827 W. Wolfley Dr. in Dysart Ranchettes.

 

V.   CALL TO THE  PUBLIC ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS

       Items under this portion of the agenda cannot be discussed or acted on   

         by the Commission until provisions of Open Meeting Law are met.

VII.  SUMMARY OF CURRENT EVENTS BY COMMISSIONERS

       The Commission may not discuss or act upon any matter in the summary

         unless the specific matter is properly noticed for legal action.

 

VIII. EXECUTIVE SESSION

The Commission may adjourn into executive session to receive legal advice on topics listed on the agenda.  [A.R.S. §38-431.03.A.3.]
