I.     CALL TO ORDER & SWEAR IN NEW MEMBER

IV.   NEW BUSINESS

 

    1. 1. CU05-0121: Pete Shore requests a conditional use permit 

     for a 1,247.33 sq. ft. garage in R-1 at 12514 W. Sunnyside Dr.

 

    2.  CU05-0125: James Ellis of Namwest Construction requests   

    conditional use permit for a temporary sales office on Lots 7-8

    and model homes on Lots 9 -12 of Three J’s Country Estates

    a.k.a. Montecito Estates located east of El Mirage Rd. & north

    of the intersection with Thompson Ranch Rd. & Greenway Rd.

 

    3. ZT04-1215: Proposal to amend Section 14-7-2.C of the

    Zoning Ordinance to reflect state law on notifications and

    also to require notification signs on property for rezoning. 

 

V.  CALL TO THE  PUBLIC ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS

       Items under this portion of the agenda cannot be discussed or acted on   

        by the Commission until provisions of Open Meeting Law are met.

VII.  SUMMARY OF CURRENT EVENTS BY COMMISSIONERS

       The Commission may not discuss or act upon any matter in the summary

        unless the specific matter is properly noticed for legal action.

 

VIII. EXECUTIVE SESSION

The Commission may adjourn into executive session to receive legal advice on topics listed on the agenda.  [A.R.S. §38-431.03.A.3.]
