1. CU/VAR04-0830: Star Market requests approval of a conditional use permit for a convenience store/gas pumps in B-2 at 11817 W. Thunderbird Rd. (W. of A St.)

 

2. SP04-1119: Tom McMaster of Master Block at 12620 W. Butler Dr. requests site plan approval for additional storage yard in I-2 (65db) on Lots 3 & 4 of Luke Ind. Park at 12525 & 12575 W. Alice Ave. (SW corner of 125th Ave. & Alice Ave.)

 

3. CU04-1119: Sun City Lions requests a conditional use permit for a recycling center in I-2 at 11613 W. Grand Ave. (the SE corner of Grand Ave. & Olive St.)

 

4. CU/VAR04-1122: Warren Sambach of FM Group requests a conditional use permit to add two wireless antennas to an existing non-conforming tower in R-1 (65db) at 14010 N. El Mirage Rd. (W. side of Gentry Park at S. end of 1st Ave.)

 

5. SP04-1123: Mike Sutter of Sutter Masonry requests site plan approval of a second building in I-2 (65db) at 12336 W. Butler Dr. (1 lot W. of El Mirage Rd.)

 

       6. Discussion/Direction on amending the Zoning Ordinance    

       to require notification signs on property for zoning requests.

 

V.  CALL TO THE  PUBLIC ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS

       Items under this portion of the agenda cannot be discussed or acted on   

        by the Commission until provisions of Open Meeting Law are met.

 

VI.  STAFF REPORT ON PAST AND PENDING PROJECTS

 

VII.  SUMMARY OF CURRENT EVENTS BY COMMISSIONERS

       The Commission may not discuss or act upon any matter in the summary

        unless the specific matter is properly noticed for legal action.

 

VIII. EXECUTIVE SESSION

The Commission may adjourn into executive session to receive legal advice on topics listed on the agenda.  [A.R.S. §38-431.03.A.3.]
