Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes 9-499.15.01 that the El Mirage City Council held a public meeting at 6:00 p.m. at the Council Chambers of the City of El Mirage, 14010 N El Mirage Road, El Mirage, Arizona 85335 on February 17, 2015 to consider implementing a pavement restoration fee that will vary depending on age of pavement and area of disturbance. A copy of a written report and supporting data for the proposed change is on file with the City Clerk of the City of El Mirage, 12145 NW Grand Avenue, El Mirage, Arizona 85335 and is available for public inspection.
